1:45pm - Band Room doors open

2:45pm - Depart for Licking Heights

4:45pm - Arrive @ Licking Heights, restroom, dinner in stadium

5:45pm - Get dressed and prepped for show

6:40pm - Warmup begins

7:10pm - Leave warmup

7:30pm - Perform, load when finished and return to stadium for awards

9:45pm - Awards

10:15pm - Depart for NPHS

12:15am - Approximate arrival @ NPHS
